If you made a mistake when selecting the service and completing the payment, you can find a ticket in the support section titled “Create a ticket,” and our support team will review it, accept it, and issue the refund.
Payment error: This means you wanted to purchase a service for 3 months, but accidentally selected and paid for a year or less.
If your account expires after 7 days, the refund request will not be accepted.
